Jacqui works with several high street and specialist finance lenders advising on real estate finance, including development finance and large residential portfolios.

Jacqui has acted for both Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of the lifecycle of their property portfolio including a number of UK financial institutions, institutional landlords and other corporate occupiers with significant countrywide portfolios. She has experience acting in all stages of the property lifecycle, from acquisition, to letting and ongoing management and through to disposal. She works closely with clients' in-house legal teams, as well as their team of surveyors and property managers to ensure their strategic objectives for each site are met.

• Acting on real estate finance and development finance matters for a number of high street banks and specialist lenders.
• Acting on the sales of of investment portfolios, including industrial and office park estates and shopping centres.
• Acting for a number of corporate occupiers on their programme of property acquisitions, lease renewals, ongoing fit outs and general day-to day management of their portfolio.
• Acting for UK financial institutions on their lease renewals programme and day to day management of their store portfolio, as well as disposals of branches.
