James is a partner in the Retail Property team and has over 14 years' experience in two Tier 1 national firms advising on real estate transactions.
He works on portfolio transactional work and investment acquisitions and disposals incorporating specialisms in property finance and property insolvency within and beyond the retail sector. He has advised national occupiers, landlords, lenders and insolvency specialists on their real estate transactions. James has also worked in-house as a real estate specialist at Lloyds Banking Group and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
James's collaborative attitude and experience enables him to bring a practical and commercial approach and wins cost efficiencies for his clients.
