Judith is a partner who advises on all aspects of Real Estate law including commercial lettings, acquisitions and disposals, property development, property finance and investment.
She advises a wide range of clients throughout Northern Ireland, ranging from land owners, occupiers, developers, investors, pension funds and local authorities. Judith is dual-qualified in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
Judith has developed a specialist interest in contentious property matters, insolvencies and consensual restructures and has advised on the property aspects of some of the most high profile restructures and insolvencies in recent years. Judith also advises on environmental and planning law and is a member of the Environmental and Planning Law Association for Northern Ireland.
