Managing Associate

Kate is a managing associate in the Property Litigation team.
She deals with a wide variety of property disputes specialising predominantly in contentious issues relating to commercial and residential property and land.
She acts for a broad base of clients in both in the public and private sectors and regular work includes advising on issues relating to possession of property, trespass and possession claims, breaches of lease terms, leaseholder disputes, rights of first refusal and lease enfranchisement/extensions.
Kate qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined TLT in the Property Litigation team in 2011. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
