Managing Associate

Kate is a managing associate in the Property Litigation team.
She deals with a wide variety of property disputes specialising in contentious issues relating to commercial and residential property and land.
She acts for a broad base of clients and regular work includes 1954 Act Lease renewals, possession claims, breaches of lease terms and she regularly advises on the Electronic Communications Code.
Kate qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined TLT in the Property Litigation team in 2011. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
