With over 12 years’ experience Kirsty has an extensive track record in corporate transactional and advisory work, with a particular focus on equity finance, private company M&A and corporate restructuring. Kirsty’s clients include entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses as well as private and venture capital investors.
Kirsty specialises in advising clients in the digital sector, and has supported numerous start-ups and fast growing companies through early stage funding to follow on investment.
