Lauren advises on all aspects of real estate for developer, investor, landlord, retailer and bank clients, specialising in property development and real estate finance.
She is active in the housing development market, acting for a number of key developers on site acquisitions and the disposal of their new build residential dwellings across NI.
Lauren also has experience acting for lenders in the real estate aspects of loan portfolio transfers.
Lauren acts for developers in the energy sector. Her experience includes providing real estate advice in relation to the development of onshore wind developments, energy storage projects and solar farms.

Experience
- Advising residential developers on acquisitions and disposals across their private new build residential portfolios and social housing developments;
- Advising a number of national retail clients on their NI portfolios, to include negotiating and agreeing leases, renewals, variations, licences and agreements for lease, as well as providing specialist advice on the business tenancy issues and security of tenure provisions of NI landlord & tenant law;
- Providing real estate advice in relation to the development of onshore wind developments and energy storage projects.
