Lee is an infrastructure planning specialist who has worked on some of the most complex and major infrastructure projects in the country.
He advises clients on securing planning consents for major projects, particularly under the Planning Act 2008, but has also advised on Transport and Works Act 1992 Orders as well as Harbour Revision Orders.
Lee has advised on schemes in the energy, transport and airport sectors. He advises promotors and objectors on the consenting process, helping to them through pre-application and consultation processes and examination of the application.
His experience includes scheme development and consenting strategy including optioneering, statutory and non-consultation, advice on environmental and design matters, advising on all aspects of the DCO examination process and third party agreements.
