• Advised a UK timber business in relation to the refinance of its facilities, consisting of a mixture of a term loan B facility and super senior facilities to support its working capital requirements and to fund further strategic acquisitions.
•  Advised a syndicate of lenders in relation to the provision of bespoke asset based finance of £150m to one of the leading suppliers of malt to the brewing and distilling industry.
• Advised PNC Business Credit in relation to their provision of a €21,500,000 revolving asset based lending facility to an Irish distillery to fund further growth.
• Advising a supplier of sustainable energy solutions to energy intensive manufacturing customers to support their sustainability goals and energy security.
