Peter can advise on a wide range of finance related transactions including leveraged, corporate banking and clean energy transactions but Peter also has particular expertise in the asset based lending sector. Peter also has experience in clean energy financing.

- Advised a UK timber business in relation to the refinance of its facilities, consisting of a mixture of a term loan B facility and super senior facilities to support its working capital requirements and to fund further strategic acquisitions.
- Advised a syndicate of lenders in relation to the provision of bespoke asset based finance of £150m to one of the leading suppliers of malt to the brewing and distilling industry.
- Advised PNC Business Credit in relation to their provision of a €21,500,000 revolving asset based lending facility to an Irish distillery to fund further growth.
- Advising a supplier of sustainable energy solutions to energy intensive manufacturing customers to support their sustainability goals and energy security.
