Sarah is a Partner in the Housing and Regeneration team in Bristol and is a specialist in affordable housing development work.
Sarah is experienced in dealing with large scale residential developments, site assembly, land and build acquisitions, section 106 acquisitions, bulk purchases, disposals, estate management, and real estate finance.
She has acted for numerous developers and registered providers both small and large and is experienced in promotion agreements, conditional contracts, golden brick agreements, development agreements and overage. She has a particular expertise in MMC development having been involved in some of the largest MMC development schemes in the UK to date.
