In recent years, Tsz Wo extends her knowledge to future energy and renewable projects, including mediums such as wind, solar, battery storage, hydro, anaerobic digestion and electric highways. Tsz Wo oversees development schemes throughout the entire project lifecycle, dealing with the acquisition, financing, and disposal of individual projects or entire portfolios. She provides strategic advice on transaction structuring, document negotiations, due diligence, and funding challenges to developers and banks.
