
TLT shortlisted for seven NI Dealmakers Awards
The annual Dealmakers Awards recognise the high quality professional advisory firms and funders in Northern Ireland and some of the best deals in which they were involved.
TLT has acted on some of the stand-out deals of the past year, five of which have also been shortlisted in their categories:
Bank-funded Deal of the Year
- advising AIB on the acquisition of Gruig wind farm by Foresight Group
Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal the Year
- advising Par Equity on its investment in digital health company BrainWaveBank
Deal of the Year (£2.5m - £10m)
- advising HSBC on £10m funding injection for vegetable side-dish company Mash Direct
Deal of the Year (below £2.5m)
- advising Par Equity on its joint investment with Kernel Capital in Datactics
- advising management on the MBO of Northern Tree Services
Associate Grant Edwards, is shortlisted in the Emerging Dealmaker of the Year category, which recognises individuals under 35 who have made the biggest impact on the NI deals market over the year.
