TLT shortlisted in four categories at the South West Dealmakers Awards

The awards bring together lawyers, accountants, bankers and financiers to celebrate success within the South West’s dealmaking community. The TLT team has been shortlisted in the small, medium and large deal of the year awards in recognition of the exceptional advice and support the firm provided for clients on a number of complex corporate investments across the value range. These included advising independent supplier of bathroom products Roper Rhodes on the process that led to its £90m sale to Svedbergs.

TLT is also again selected as a finalist for the corporate law firm of the year award. The hat trick of successful deals led by the corporate team, as well as the continued investment into resources and the team’s use of technology to achieve timely and effective results for clients were singled out in this category.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 9 June 2022 in Bristol.
