- Advising a payment services holding company on the regulatory side of the onshoring of the holding company of three UK FCA regulated Electronic Money Institutions.
- Advising a multinational credit card & payment services provider on its £multi-million global incentive arrangements with Visa Europe, including highly complex commercial and regulatory issues relating to statutory ring-fencing requirements.
- Advising a bank and payment services business on their data and API strategy following regulatory changes arising from PSD2 and Open Banking in the UK.
