She has extensive experience of corporate law practice and regulation and has particular interests in ESG (environmental, social and governance) matters and developing technology solutions to enhance service delivery.
Alison keeps our lawyers and clients up to date on regulatory and market developments in company law, designs and delivers legal training, produces briefings on key legal issues and focuses on implementing processes, documents and tools to maximise efficiency and minimise risk. Additionally, she coordinates workstreams across TLT’s Knowledge Lawyer group to provide optimal solutions for both clients and colleagues.
Before joining TLT as a Knowledge Lawyer in 2015, Alison spent over 10 years as a transactional lawyer in a large City law firm with a particular focus on Private Equity and M&A transactions.
