Legal Director
Andrew has significant experience in a wide range of commercial real estate work for clients in the leisure sector.
He specialises in acquisitions, disposals and general estate management work, dealing with both licensed and unlicensed properties for major pub companies.
His work has included working on single property transactions or delivering bespoke projects for a portfolio of properties.
Spending time on secondment with a leading pub company provided an invaluable insight for Andrew of issues and needs and where TLT can provide added value from a client's perspective.
Andrew qualified as a solicitor with TLT in 2002.
