Emma McNerney

Emma is a legal director in TLT Resource and has worked with TLT since 1999.

She has previously dealt with commercial real estate work with an emphasis on working with clients in the leisure sector. She has been involved in extensive portfolio disposals and acquisitions, leasing and general estate management work for key leisure sector players.

Emma currently oversees work which is carried out by several individuals within TLT Resource which provides a range of services to various groups within TLT. TLT Resource deals with an extensive range of Land Registry applications, SDLT returns and the preparation of title reports in particular on behalf of several clients.
