She also advises on complex TUPE issues and business reorganisations. Joanne is a trusted adviser for many large plc clients providing practical advice as well as commercial solutions.

Experience
- Joanne recently advised a large retail plc on a settlement of a complex disability discrimination claim.
- She also previously advised on a cross border TUPE outsourcing which involved collaborating with 25 external international law firms to smoothly transition the affected employees.
- Joanne also successfully defend a complex whistle-blowing detriment and unfair dismissal claim following a 3 week hearing for a large FTSE 100 client, which operated in a safety critical environment. This was a high profile case and Joanne worked with the key witnesses and stakeholders of the business to successfully defend all claims.
