She particularly specialises in complex Employment Tribunal litigation and has acted previously for both employers and employees.
In addition to her strong contentious practice, Katrina regularly advises employers on day to day employment queries, including disciplinaries, whistleblowing and TUPE. Katrina trained at an international law firm and actively participates in the Employment Lawyers Association as a junior committee member. She is an experienced litigator and has acted for clients in a variety of sectors including transport and infrastructure, retail and manufacturing.
