Mathew is a partner in the Corporate team, based in our Birmingham office. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and general corporate advice.
He enjoys working with owner-managed businesses, family businesses and entrepreneurs and has considerable experience in cross border transactions.
