Mumuksha is a senior corporate lawyer in London, dual qualified in England and India. She specialises in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, particularly in the technology, media and communication sectors.
She advises a variety of clients (entrepreneurs / start-ups, established management teams and investment houses) across all aspects of the corporate lifecycle; from initial VC / growth capital investment rounds, through to more complex private equity fundraising and, ultimately, company disposals/exits. She is a member of our India group and her sector focus is on technology, fintech, cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence (AI) companies.
She graduated with honours from India's premier National Law University (Jodhpur) and completed her masters from the London School of Economics. Mumuksha was also the TechWomen100 2020 Winner and in the UKs Women in FinTech powerlist.
