Senior Associate
Rebecca deals with commercial real estate work.
She has a wealth of experience across various sectors, predominantly leisure and retail. She has acted for both public and private sector clients, carrying out a wide range of work including commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, refinancing and insolvency work.
She has been involved in numerous projects, acting for telecommunications providers, lenders and housing groups in relation to the drafting and negotiation of key project documents. In addition to this, she also deals with the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals. She works closely with clients’ in-house teams.
