TLT associate nominated at the Insider North West Young Professionals Awards 2024
An associate at law firm TLT has been shortlisted for the Young Corporate Lawyer of the Year Award at the Insider North West Young Professionals Awards 2024.
The annual awards celebrate the top young business talent across the region, with categories extending across a number of different sectors including law, finance, property and sustainability.
Kirsty Wilson, who joined TLT in 2019 as a trainee and qualified into the firm’s corporate team in 2021, was singled out in this category for her outstanding work advising on some of the most complex M&A and private equity deals in the region. She was also nominated for her achievements beyond her legal work including her dedication to supporting local communities and her active participation in business development activities.
Commenting on her nomination, Kirsty said: “I’m proud to work for a law firm like TLT and always strive to go above and beyond to support my clients and my team. I’m so pleased those efforts are being recognised and I’m thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award amongst so many other talented young lawyers. I’m continually grateful for all the support I get from my team – this nomination would not have been possible without them. Good luck to everyone who has been shortlisted.”
Andrew Webber, head of corporate at TLT said: “Kirsty is a talented and dedicated lawyer and a valued member of our corporate team. In her relatively short time as an associate, she has built phenomenal relationships with clients and colleagues. We’re really proud to see Kirsty recognised in these awards.”
Winners will be announced on Wednesday 17 April. For more information about the awards, visit https://www.insidermedia.com/event/north-west-young-professionals-awards-2024
