TLT shortlisted for Tech Dealmaker of the Year at the Go:Tech Awards 2023
TLT’s corporate team was shortlisted for the award based on its exceptional performance in the last year, including several standout deals. The nomination also considered the firm’s wider industry-leading corporate social responsibility practices and financial performance.
In the last twelve months, the corporate team has completed over 70 deals resulting in a 12% revenue growth in 2022 and representing one of the busiest years on record for TLT’s corporate practice, building on 12% growth in 2021 and double-digit growth in each of the previous three years.
The team was recognised for several high-profile deals, including advising leading pan-European FinTech Monese on a £28 million equity investment from HSBC and a strategic commercial partnership focussing on the continued growth of Monese’s industry-leading, cloud-based platform as a service business. TLT also advised Hublsoft on its 2022 merger with Northedge backed iPortalis, a provider of automation software, as well as InvestIN Education and its co-founders on the sale of a majority stake in the company to private schools’ operator Dukes Education.
Nina Searle, corporate partner at TLT said, “It’s an honour to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award in such a dynamic sector for the fourth year running, having won in 2019 and again last year. TLT’s corporate team has continued its remarkable growth, being involved in some of the most notable deals nationwide and setting the pace within the market for sector expertise, experience and client service.”
Winners will be announced at an in-person event on 22 June.
