
TLT wins Tech Dealmaker of the Year at Go:Tech Awards
TLT’s corporate team was recognised in this prestigious category for its outstanding growth in the last twelve months, which has seen the team complete over 70 deals resulting in a 12% revenue growth in 2022. The team was singled out for its impactful work in the technology space. This included advising leading pan-European FinTech Monese on a multi-million equity investment from HSBC and advising intelligence platform provider Hublsoft on its 2022 merger with Northedge backed iPortalis – a provider of automation software, having supported Maven Capital Partners UK on its 2020 growth capital investment into Hublsoft.
