Andrew Glaze is a highly experienced partner in our Corporate Practice. He has over twenty five years of experience advising clients on the full range of corporate transactions. Andrew specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, including takeovers, reconstructions and international joint venturers, public takeovers and equity market fundraisings. Whilst relatively sector agnostic, he has completed numerous cross border M&A transactions in the Automotive sector.

- Acted for a large multinational home energy repairs business in connection with a significant group re-organisation as well as a series of bolt on acquisitions.
- Acted for large US based leading global provider of patient healthcare products in connection with a number of UK acquisitions.
- Acted for an AIM listed mining company in connection with a large dividend rectification exercise, involving the convening of a general meeting to rectify previously unlawful dividends and share buy backs.
- Acted for the trustees of the Meggitt pension scheme in connection with the £6.3billion takeover of the Company by Parker Hannifin.
- Acted for Croatian automotive company Rimac in connection with its large multi jurisdictional joint venture to form Bugatti Rimac.
- Acted for the shareholders of HolidaysPlease in connection with their disposal of the company to Travel Counsellors.
- Acted for Genuit Group plc (formerly Polypipe Group Plc) in connection with its placing conducted through an accelerated book build process using a cash box structure to raise approximately £120 million in equity.
