Managing Associate
Chris is a real estate lawyer with a wide range of experience in real estate and development finance, commercial asset management, property acquisitions & disposals and landlord & tenant matters.
Chris works with several leading financial institutions, high street and specialist finance lenders advising on real estate finance, including development finance and large residential portfolios.
Chris has acted for both Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of the lifecycle of their property portfolio including a number of UK financial institutions, institutional landlords and other corporate occupiers with significant countrywide portfolios. He has experience acting in all stages of the property lifecycle, from acquisition, to letting and ongoing management and through to disposal. He works closely with clients' in-house legal teams, as well as their team of surveyors and property managers to ensure their strategic objectives for each site are met.

- Dealing with the ongoing management of the Manchester Airport Group property portfolio across East Midlands, London Stanstead and Manchester Airport.
- Acting on real estate finance and development finance matters for a number of leading financial institutions, high street banks and specialist lenders.
- Acting for a number of corporate occupiers on their programme of property acquisitions, lease renewals, ongoing fit outs and general day-to day management of their portfolio.
- Advising on the re-finance of a multi-million pound property portfolio.
