Sam specialises in real estate litigation with a particular focus on working with retailers, leisure operators, commercial landlords, developers, airports, investors, banks and insolvency practitioners.
He advises on a full spectrum of property-related disputes including lease renewal proceedings, dilapidations, possession and trespass claims, adverse possession, boundary disputes, rights to light, easement and covenant disputes, tenant default/insolvency, service charges and break options.
Sam is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
