Yervand advises a range of clients, including local and owner-managed businesses and national and international companies. He works across TLT’s sectors, in particular Retail & consumer goods and Leisure, food & drink.
Yervand adopts a collaborative and proactive approach to transactions, working alongside clients to achieve their objectives and encouraging all parties to maintain a productive relationship throughout a transaction. He actively listens to clients to understand their business and become a trusted business adviser.
Clients have remarked that Yervand’s management and execution of transactions is “professional”, “the best I have seen” and “very reassuring”.
Yervand qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 and, before joining TLT in October 2021, spent 8 months in-house at Biffa.

- Advised the shareholders of Mike Burton Group, a specialist sports travel provider and long-term partner of the British & Irish Lions and England Rugby, on its acquisition by Destination Sport Group.
- Advised Roper Rhodes, a leading independent supplier of bathroom products, on its sale to Svedbergs, a market leader in bathroom furniture in the Nordic region.
- Advising Cary Group, a European market leader specialising in sustainable solutions for repair and replacement of vehicle glass, on its UK buy and build strategy, including its acquisitions of Charles Pugh Group and J Huggins and Son.
- Advised Bath-based Fidelius Group on its investment by one of the Nordic region’s leading financial advisers and brokers of insurance and financial services, Söderberg & Partners.
- Advised McCarthy Marland on its multimillion-pound acquisition of Hughes and Salvidge waste management group, a skip hire and complete waste management specialist.
