
TLT acts for shareholders of Rainmakers CSI Ltd on sale to STRAT7
Rainmakers CSI is an international strategy, insight and planning consultancy providing high-end consultancy services to blue chip B2B and B2C clients across a range of sectors. More than half of Rainmakers CSI’s clients are based in the US.
The acquisition will support the growth and development of both organisations, enabling STRAT7 to strengthen its position in the US market and providing Rainmakers’ clients with access to STRAT7’s technology, data and insight solutions globally.
TLT’s specialists supported on all aspects of the transaction. The deal was led by partner James Webb, with support from Dan Whitewood, Yervand Agobiani, Rachel Kelly, David James, Isabel Evans from the corporate team and Mark Braude, Andree Parker, William Ngan from the corporate tax team.
