TLT advises Inside Travel Group on investment from Blandford Capital LLP
The funds will be used to fuel the growth of the firm and its specialist travel brands, InsideJapan and InsideAsia Tours, as travel restrictions ease and borders reopen.
InsideJapan is recognised as the leading independent travel specialist in Japan and its sister-brand, InsideAsia Tours, is a well-established provider of culture adventures across the Southeast and East Asia region.
TLT’s Andrew Webber, head of the national corporate team, led the transaction, supported by Nicole Spurling, Joanna Grover, and Sam Hill
Simon King, co-founder of Inside Travel Group commented: “We are grateful for TLT’s transaction and sector expertise which guided us through the process of this investment. We were impressed by the dedication and determination of the team throughout in getting a successful outcome for us and providing first-class support.”
Andrew Webber, corporate partner at TLT, said: “This investment comes at a perfect time for Inside Travel Group, as travel restrictions continue to ease and the tourist industry recovers from the effects of the pandemic, and Inside Travel Group will no doubt go from strength-to-strength in this next phase of growth.
“InsideJapan and InsideAsia Tours have outstanding reputations in the market and this is only set to grow with the team’s ambitious plans and huge market potential in Japan and across Asia. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed supporting them on this journey and leveraging our expertise in this area to make this investment a huge success.”
