
TLT further expands UK-wide corporate team with Scotland appointment
Kirsty joins Damien Bechelli, who moved to TLT as partner from DWF in November 2018.
Specialising in corporate finance and private equity, Kirsty's wealth of experience further enhances TLT's UK-wide corporate offering, building on recent significant hires in England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The appointment adds to TLT's strength and depth in supporting businesses and investors on a full range of corporate requirements, from mergers and acquisitions to management buyouts, private equity and venture capital investments.
