TLT shortlisted for four NI Dealmakers Awards
The firm has acted on some of the stand-out deals of the past year, three of which have also been shortlisted in their categories:
- Private Equity Deal of the Year – advising housebuilder Braidwater on its merger with its sister company and a follow-on investment from BGF
- Deal of the Year (£2.5m - £10m) – advising the purchaser on the acquisition of McGimpsey Brothers (Removals) Ltd
- Deal of the Year (below £2.5m) – advising Kraydel Ltd on a £2.5m second seed investment round involving multiple investors
Insider business editor Philip Cunliffe said: "The judges, as always, had a very difficult time in determining the shortlists but we think they reflect the best of the submissions presented. We look forward to another exciting night of celebration at the awards next month."
The annual awards recognise the high quality professional advisory firms and funders in Northern Ireland and some of the best deals in which they were involved. The winners will be revealed at the Stormont Hotel in Belfast on 14 March 2019.
