TLT shortlisted for Tech Dealmaker of the Year in Go:Tech Awards

The awards, which were launched in 2018, celebrate the UK's tech pioneers and innovators and recognise fields like robotics and automation, clean tech and AI.

Notable recent projects include advising Open Bionics, the pioneer of low-cost prosthetics using 3D printing, on a £4.65m Series A investment from Foresight Williams Technology, Downing Ventures and Ananda Impact Ventures. The team also advised innovative digital e-learning platform Elucidat on a £3.5m Series A investment from YFM Equity Partners, and advised bespoke travel company, TravelLocal, on a significant additional investment from Gresham House Ventures, Wealth Club and Channel 4 Ventures to help support its international growth plans and cement its position as a market disruptor.

The nomination comes after TLT's recent ranking as the top legal deals adviser in the South West, according to the latest market intelligence report by Experian MarketIQ. The team was also nominated for Best Legal Team for Early Stage Deals in the UK Business Angels Association Awards earlier this year.

The Go:Tech award winners will be revealed at the ceremony at Bristol Harbour Hotel on Thursday 21 November.
