Environmental

We act for any person or business that might have an environmental issue, whether that's a developer buying a site that might be contaminated or a leisure company with noise issues.

We carry out environmental due diligence for any party acquiring property to ensure liability for environmental issues is placed on the correct party.

We deal with Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Permitting in order to avoid lengthy legal proceedings from third parties. We help companies to comply with environmental regulation to avoid prosecution or mitigate problems.

Our practice has breadth and depth covering all aspects of environmental law, from compliance with regulation to understanding liabilities. We have lawyers dedicated to this area of law with wide experience of the problems that individuals and businesses might face, either on a regular or one-off basis.
