TLT grows clean energy offering with EV Network GC hire

Simon is joining the firm as a specialist energy projects lawyer and brings a wealth of experience advising developers, investors and banks on significant projects in the clean energy sector. He joins alongside his continuing role at The EV Network where, as general counsel, he was instrumental in structuring an innovative model to develop sites for high powered EV charging, having raised an initial fund of £50m.

Prior to this, Simon was a partner at Addleshaw Goddard, where he headed up the solar practice and advised on a wide range of projects including BP’s high profile acquisition of Lightsource. Simon also advised a number of key players in the fast-paced electric vehicle sector, having built a strong reputation as a commercially minded lawyer who “gets deals done”.
