Experience

Undertaking numerous risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies for different AI use cases for an international online travel agency, including a) an agentic AI voice assistant solution for use in customer service calls; b) a conversational analytics solution; c) an internal generative AI HR assistant tool; and d) an AI-powered call transcription and summarisation tool.
