Chris has extensive experience of acting on the buy and sell side of M&A transactions in both jurisdictions, acting for both domestic and international clients.

He also routinely advises on reorganisations, shareholders' agreements, governance matters and capital raising. His experience includes transactions in the supermarket and leisure industries.
