She keeps the Real Estate team and clients up to date on regulatory and market developments, undertakes complex legal research, designs and delivers legal training, produces briefings on key legal issues and maintains the team's suite of precedent documents. Felicity also works with clients providing technical expertise and bespoke legal analysis.
She has particular expertise in innovation and technology solutions, focusing on implementing processes, documents and tools to maximise efficiency and minimise risk. As an Innovation Champion at TLT, she drives the integration of cutting-edge technology and process optimisation to enhance service delivery for both clients and colleagues.
Before becoming a Knowledge Lawyer in 2023, Felicity spent over 15 years as a transactional real estate lawyer and was a partner at her previous firm. During this time, she acted on all areas of real estate work and developed and managed a lender services department, leading a team of 30 people. This extensive practical experience enables her to provide commercially focused support that directly impacts clients' business objectives.
