He specialises in AI procurement, governance, and regulatory compliance, working with both emerging AI companies and established market leaders navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Tom works at the bleeding edge of AI, advising on emerging issues such as agentic commerce.
Tom brings hands-on industry insight from strategic client secondments, including to Capgemini where he led the design and implementation of a global AI governance programme and negotiated with major AI vendors alongside regional counsel and senior stakeholders.
