TLT shortlisted in NW Dealmakers Awards
The nomination recognises our involvement in a series of high value deals, including:
- strategic advice provided in relation to the rescue of Go Outdoors which involved a multi-disciplinary, cross-jurisdictional team led by partner Liz Delaney;
- a multimillion pound transaction for an existing medical services client which was led by partner Rick Life and conducted entirely remotely during lockdown, and;
- our ongoing work with long-standing client boohoo.
The annual awards recognise the achievements of the North West’s corporate financiers, accountants, bankers, funders, lawyers and M&A professionals. The winners will be revealed at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester on Thursday 25 February 2021.
Graeme Orchison, partner and Manchester location head, says:
“We have seen a strong upward trajectory and sustained growth in Manchester in the last year. Our Manchester-based corporate team have been driving growth in the North West, and have built an offering that is recognised nationally for being a leading UK advisory practice. I’m proud that the hard work of the team has been recognised through this nomination.”
TLT also took home awards for ‘Innovation of the Year’ and ‘Employment Team of the Year’ at the Manchester Legal Awards 2020 earlier this year, in recognition of the firm’s achievements.
