He regularly advises on executive appointments and terminations, the defence of litigation in Employment Tribunals and the High Court, industrial relations and trade unions, investigations, policies, all aspects of discrimination, the protection of business interests and confidential information and the employment aspects of significant M&A and outsourcing transactions.
Mark acts for a range of clients including retailers, banks, investment management businesses, professional services firms and US clients, including FTSE 100 and NYSE listed companies. He has also acted for senior figures in various industries on their employment arrangements and disputes.
