We have particular expertise in insolvency issues. We also advise on complex issues that impact on the activity of developers and other clients; these include restrictive covenants, rights of way, rights of light, telecommunications, mines and minerals and the enforcement of options and other property rights.

• Acted on behalf of Iceland in proceedings in the Upper Tribunal in relation to a business rates appeal relating to the treatment of plant and machinery in the business rates assessments across their entire portfolio.
• Advising on all contentious property issues and lease renewal litigation for Pets at Home/Vets4Pets. Notable work has included strategic advice in respect of exit strategy from key operational premises including the mitigation of dilapidations liabilities.
