Cities today should be designed and managed well and this means being environmentally efficient, economically productive and socially progressive. The development of cities today will have a major focus on ESG and Net Zero targets.

Cities in the future will also need to have infrastructure that is fit for purpose, provides better public services and creates the right conditions for business and economic growth.
