
TLT appoints commercial property expert to real estate team
Caroline has over 19 years of experience working in real estate and boasts significant expertise in real estate finance, asset management and corporate support matters. She has a wealth of experience in relation to diversified managed asset portfolios, investment and large-scale financing transactions and she recently provided key real estate support in relation to some of Europe’s biggest investment and financing deals.
Partner and head of the team in Manchester Andy Bell said: “Caroline’s appointment is part of our long-term strategy to continue to grow the real estate team in Manchester. Caroline’s breadth of experience in dealing with complex work and delivering for clients made her stand out from the crowd.
