Our team advises both local planning authorities and developers on the negotiation and delivery of section 106 agreements across a broad range of projects, from residential developments and commercial schemes to large-scale phased regeneration and infrastructure projects. We support clients throughout the planning process, including reviewing and refining Heads of Terms ahead of committee resolution, negotiating complex planning obligations and securing effective implementation mechanisms.
